2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
The product must be unused, unactivated, and not registered with the software manufacturer
Only new products are eligible for return or exchange

Once a digital license key has been activated, registered, or used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with digital goods policies.

3. Defective or Invalid License Keys

If you receive a license key that is:

Invalid
Not functioning as described
Different from the product purchased

Please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. After verification, we will provide:

A replacement license key, or
A full refund if a replacement is not available
