License Agreement — AVS Deals
Parties
This agreement is between the Buyer (you) and AVS Deals (the Seller). The actual software licenses remain governed by the vendor EULA.
Delivery
Seller will deliver a digital license key by email after payment clears. Title to the software itself remains with the vendor; the key grants usage rights as permitted by the vendor.
Remedies
If a key is invalid due to supplier error (as verified), the Seller will provide a replacement or an appropriate refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
