Terms of Service — AVS Deals

1. Agreement to terms

By using avsdeals.us and placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products — digital antivirus licenses

We sell digital license keys for antivirus products. Product pages specify region restrictions, device limits, and activation instructions when provided by the vendor or reseller. We source product keys from the reseller antivirussales.com. Where applicable, the vendor’s EULA governs the license you receive. We are not the software vendor and are not affiliated with the brands we list (for example Norton, McAfee, Avast/AVG, Bitdefender and others) — see our Disclaimer page for full details.

3. Orders, payment & delivery

Orders are accepted subject to payment authorization. License keys are delivered electronically to the email address you provide; delivery is usually instant or within a few hours. If delivery fails due to an incorrect email address, contact us and we will assist after verifying your order.

4. Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

Because keys are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are limited and handled per our Refund Policy. Contact us at info@avsdeals.us before initiating chargebacks so we can investigate and, if appropriate, replace a defective key.

5. License limitations

Keys may carry vendor restrictions (region, device count, transferability). You must use keys only as permitted by the vendor EULA. We may refuse service or cancel orders that we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or violate vendor policies.

6. Accuracy & product description

We strive to keep product descriptions accurate. If you believe a listing is incorrect, notify us and we will correct it. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We exclude indirect, consequential, or incidental damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
